Update 3 existing templates to reference user-story and architecture as note types instead of inline content:

template-project-page: User Stories section changes from inline table to "links to user-story notes." Architecture section already links to arch notes (no change needed there).

template-board: User Stories section changes from inline table to "references user-story notes from the parent project. Each ticket on this board must link to at least one." Architecture section changes to "references architecture notes. List relevant arch: labels."

template-ticket: story: label now references user-story note slugs (e.g. story:story-westside-roster-view). arch: label references architecture note slugs. Document the traceability: story note ↔ arch note ↔ Forgejo issue.

Acceptance Criteria

template-project-page references user-story notes instead of inline table
template-board references user-story and architecture notes by link
template-ticket documents story: and arch: label formats referencing note slugs
All three templates internally consistent
