Context

Resume links to forgejo.tail5b443a.ts.net/ldraney which forks from forgejo_admin repos. READMEs are the first thing a recruiter sees. This repo is the IDP bootstrap — 9 OpenTofu modules, GitOps pipeline, Tailscale mesh, DORA Elite metrics. README should convey that in 30 seconds.

  • README.md — rewrite for portfolio presentation

  • Clear title and one-liner
  • Architecture overview (9 domain modules)
  • Tech stack at a glance
  • Links to related repos
