Description

Pipeline #2-4 fail with exit code 126 (empty logs) on the test step. Root cause: Woodpecker agent nodes cannot pull from Harbor registry (containerd not configured for insecure internal registry, and external Tailscale URL also fails).

Acceptance Criteria

  • CI test step runs successfully
  • bundle-audit, brakeman, rubocop all pass

Follow-up

  • Investigate containerd insecure registry config on cluster nodes
  • Consider pushing ruby-arch to Docker Hub for faster CI
