SUPERSEDED by pal-e-platform#435 — DNS records for palinks.app are now managed as IaC via the godaddy-tofu provider in pal-e-platform terraform config, not manually in the GoDaddy dashboard.

Original scope (no longer applicable):

Manual DNS setup: add A records in GoDaddy dashboard pointing palinks.app and www.palinks.app to the Hetzner edge node at 178.156.129.142. No code changes. Edge node is live; DNS is managed at GoDaddy (registrar). Must be done before Caddy can provision TLS certificates.
