Summary

Remove the Opt Out option from the jersey reminder email. Opt out is no longer offered — parents choose between Reversible ($90) or Jersey + Warmup ($130).

Changes

  • Removed Option 3 (Opt Out) section and spacer from src/jersey-reminder.mjml (29 lines deleted)
  • No other changes to layout, branding, images, pricing, or placeholders

  • {{name}} and {{jersey_url}} placeholders preserved
  • April 10 deadline language intact
  • Two jersey options display correctly
