Summary

Remove all stale content from pal-e-playground so the repo contains only the approved single-page landing (index.html) and README.md
Delete all 6 stale branches (4 remote, 2 already gone)
Replace old hub-style landing with approved CSS philosophy + pipeline stages page

Changes

guide/index.html -- deleted (CSS guide content absorbed into the landing page)
index.html -- replaced with approved landing page documenting CSS philosophy, design tokens, pipeline stages, and project links
README.md -- updated to reflect new single-page structure and pipeline documentation
Deleted 6 stale remote branches: 1-scaffold-repo, 3-feat-add-asset-upload-card-to-playground, 45-kanban-board-playground, 46-svelte-kanban-board-prototype, 5-sync-westside-contract-html-with-deploye, add-mcd-tracker-link
Removed untracked stale files from working directory: pal-e-app/, westside-logo.jpeg, westside-logo.png, .current-issue

Test Plan

playground.tail5b443a.ts.net renders the approved landing page after merge
No broken links on the page
Loads correctly on phone
Repo contains only index.html and README.md

Remove stale content: guide/ directory (CSS guide absorbed into
index.html), update README to reflect new single-page structure.

The approved landing page documents the CSS philosophy, design token
system, pipeline stages, and links to project playgrounds.
