Problem

Switching all ~/.claude symlinks to the Forgejo fork, but several files were missing:

skills/plan/SKILL.md — planning skill entirely absent
settings.json — missing playwright MCP server, post-merge-rebase hook, superpowers plugin
plugins/ — missing blocklist, cache, marketplaces, installed_plugins

Solution

Copy plan skill from GitHub repo
Update settings.json with full config
Copy plugin ecosystem files
All symlinks now point to this repo
